Things to Keep in Mind:

Adequate tea will be served on the boat. Travelers can enjoy tea anytime.

The boat has a water filter; travelers can drink filtered water.

Itinerary times may change due to weather conditions, river tides, traveler convenience, or other unavoidable circumstances. Travelers are requested to cooperate with the operator/host/organizer in such cases.

Travelers should contact the tour operator/host/organizer if they face any trouble or issues during the tour.

Always respect the rules and guidelines of tourist spots.

Do not litter; use a disposable bag as a portable trash bin.

Travelers are strongly encouraged not to misbehave with local inhabitants. Assistance from the operator/host/organizer should be sought if contact with locals is necessary.

There is no separate dining area on this boat; all meals are served on the open deck.

Consumption of any kind of drugs is strictly prohibited.

In group tours, other travelers may be present on the boat.

If anyone wishes to travel to Lakmachora by bike, the traveler will need to pay the bike fare. short

Policy

Cancellation*  
To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to *bookmebdltd@gmail.com* mentioning the tour booking ID, phone number and details about the cancellation.  
Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme of any cancellations as soon as possible.  
The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to Bookme's hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.  
The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.  
In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, Bookme may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at Bookme's discretion.  
If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.  
This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the website or booking confirmation voucher/invoice for the most up-to-date information.  
Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.  
This cancellation policy may not be applicable in case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc.  
This policy is applicable to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

*Refund*  
80% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
50% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Fourteen (14) to Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Refund will not be provided if the tour is cancelled less than Seven (7) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.  
All refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.
