Information about the Boat: Rongila Baroi

This boat is one of the finest boats of Tanguar Haor that provides professional tourist service. This wooden boat does not get heated up during scorching sun or daytime.

Capacity: The 8-cabin boat has an occupancy of 16 to 18 people. Additionally, 2 single cabins can accommodate 2 more people. With 2 large windows each, the 8 deluxe haor-view cabins have the following capacity:

Standard capacity = 2 people x 8 = 16 people

Maximum capacity = 3 people x 8 = 24 people

Each of the 8 deluxe haor-view rooms includes an attached bathroom, Including two single beds, the total capacity is 18-26+ people.

Sophisticated Design: Each space is designed by an architect, with minimalist interior design. Proper lighting and skylights prevent the corridors from feeling confined, ensuring proper ventilation.

Engine: Instead of a shallow engine, we have a powerful 6-cylinder Japanese engine, which results in minimal cabin noise. Additionally, there is the benefit of a silent generator for extended periods.

Comfort: Topper beds, hotel pillows, comforters, toiletries - on-call room service is available.

Safety: For personal safety, there are more than 30 life jackets, including special-sized life jackets for children, and 10 buoys. We also have fire extinguishers (3 types), nighttime security with their own guards, and CCTV cameras.

Things to keep in mind

• Adequate amount of tea will be served on the boat. Travelers can have tea anytime they want.
• There is a water filter on the boat. Travelers can drink water from that water filter.
• The time mentioned in the itinerary are subject to change due to weather condition, tides in the river, convenience of the travelers and other unavoidable circumstances. Travelers are requested to cooperate with the operator/host/organizer in case of such circumstance.
• The travelers are requested to contact with the tour operator/host/organizer incase they face any kind of trouble/problem during the tour.
• Always be respectful of the rules and guidelines of the tourist spots.
• Do not litter, use a disposable bag as a portable trash bin.
• Travelers are strongly encouraged not to misbehave with any local inhabitant. Travelers are asked to seek help from tour operator/host/organizer incase they need to contact with any local people.
• There is no separate dinning space on this boat. Everyone will have their meals on the open deck of the boat.
• Consumption of any sort of drugs is strictly prohibited.
• In case of group tour, there will be other people who will travel with you.
• If anyone wants to travel to lakmachora in a bike then the traveler will have to bear the bike fare.

Cancellation*  
To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to *bookmebdltd@gmail.com* mentioning the tour booking ID, phone number and details about the cancellation.  
Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme of any cancellations as soon as possible.  
The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to Bookme's hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.  
The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.  
In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, Bookme may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at Bookme's discretion.  
If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.

Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.  
This cancellation policy may not be applicable in case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc.  
This policy is applicable to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

*Refund*  
80% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
50% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Fourteen (14) to Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Refund will not be provided if the tour is cancelled less than Seven (7) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.  
All refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.

*Child Policy*  
No fee will be needed for children below the age of three (3). No separate seat will be provided in case of transportation and accommodation.  
75% fee must be paid for any child between the age of four (4) and ten (10) years old.  
Full amount of money must be paid for anyone above ten (10) years old.
